Turkish Cafe was born from a simple belief: that everyone deserves to experience the warmth and tradition of a true Turkish coffee house. We are proud to be the first authentic Turkish cafe in Ajman Rashidiya, UAE, and we take that responsibility seriously.

Imported Fresh From Turkey

Authenticity is not just a word for us, it is a promise. Every coffee bean is sourced from the highlands of Turkey, where they are roasted using methods perfected over centuries. Our tea comes from the misty slopes of the Black Sea region. Our pastries are made with pistachios from Gaziantep, honey from Anatolia, and filo dough prepared by hand.

We import directly from Turkish suppliers we have built relationships with over years. This means no shortcuts, no substitutes, and no compromises. When you taste our Turkish coffee, you are tasting the same coffee served in the grand bazaars of Istanbul.

Sand Coffee (Kumda Kahve): Our Signature Brew

One of the most beloved Turkish coffee traditions is Kumda Kahve, or sand coffee — brewing coffee in a copper cezve buried in a bed of hot sand. The sand distributes heat evenly around the pot, allowing the coffee to rise slowly and develop a thick, velvety foam without ever boiling over. The result is a richer aroma, deeper body, and a signature layer of crema you cannot get from a stovetop. At Turkish Cafe, we brew our authentic sand coffee this way in front of you, just as it has been made for centuries in the coffee houses of Istanbul.
